At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any documentation provided during the online request process.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
