Multihook

Description

The Petzl Multihook is a must for alpine climbers and ice climbers. It's purpose built to make setting up a V-thread as easy as possible with it's long thin hook. It also has a serrated knife edge built in at the base of the hook to double as a rope and cord cutting knife, which saves you on carrying that as well. All of this folds securely away when clipped on your harness so that it's safe to carry. 

Although primarily designed for alpine use, the long hook of the Petzl Multihook would also come in handy when trying to retrieve cams or nuts that have walked deep in cracks while trad climbing.
